Fiesta Chicken
Can substitute canned petite tomatoes for the Rotel if you don't want the spice.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, frozen or raw
- 1 packet Fiesta Ranch Dip
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can corn, not drained
- 1 block cream cheese
- 3/4 packet taco seasoning
Method
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours in a crock pot.
